    • Surveillance period: 1984 - 2008
    • Temporal resolution: Annual surveillance
  • Case definition :
    Generalised eruption lasting more than 3 days with fever >38°5C (>101°F) with coughing, coryza or conjunctivitis.
  • Description for each case: age; sex; epidemic outbreak (during the 14 days preceding the onset of the disease, if known , details); vaccination status (vaccination date, and according to what type of source); notion of contagion; presence of oculo-nasal catarrh before the eruption, signs of Köplick or other rashes.
